Conference Calling

These are the current options for UCSC campus groups wishing to initiate a video, web, and audio conferencing. Click each link for instructions and more information. 

• UCSC Conference Calling - The UCSC telephone system allows teleconferencing with up to 8 parties. Since only two of the parties can be located off-campus, this type of teleconference call is best suited for smaller, more informal conference calls, especially those where all parties are located on campus.

• Zoom offers UCSC faculty, staff, and students a variety of online communication and collaboration tools that provides video, web, and audio conferencing all with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

• ReadyTalk is no longer a supported campus service. Please use Zoom services.
