Telephone Pricing

Basic telephone services are funded by the Information User (IU) assessment. Additional campus telephone and network services are available upon requests and provided via approved recharge rates.

Telephone and Network charges are calculated at the close of each month and transferred to FIS Banner.

Charges Telephone and Network recharge services can be viewed using InfoView Corporate NTS Report titled Unit Billing Summary

Any questions regarding a bill or specific charges may be referred to itsbill@ucsc.edu. 

Availability

Telephone services are available to all UCSC employees. Please view the ITS Maintenance Calendar for planned and unplanned telephone outages.
