Email Forwarding

Email Forwarding provides former students a way to continue using their email address throughout their lifetime. If a former student decides to opt-in to use this free service, all messages sent to their email address will be redirected to an email address of their choice.

Email Forwarding is available to all former students who do not have a current campus affiliation. For example, former students who are now employed at UC Santa Cruz can not opt-in to Email Forwarding. This service is for email forwarding only, no other UCSC Google Apps products. It goes into effect after the student's UCSC Google Apps account is closed (typically 12 months after degree-seeking students leave campus, or the first day of the next term for non-degree seeking students) and only if they opt-in to use the service.

Privacy Statement: The personal information you provide is maintained confidentially by Information Technology Services and used solely for university business. You may review or remove your email forwarding address on file by authenticating to CruzID Manager at If you have questions, email or call (831) 459-4357.
