AIS Help and Training for Advisors

This page is for UCSC advisors. If you are not an advisor, please visit our page for staff.

MyUCSC Access

MyUCSC is the student information system used by applicants, students, faculty and staff. Users log in to MyUCSC with a CruzID. If you are having difficulty signing into MyUCSC, please contact the ITS Support Center at help@ucsc.edu or (831) 459-HELP (4357).

Advisers follow a three-step process to obtain a MyUCSC or an AIS account:

  1. Complete FERPA training*
  2. Submit an Access to Information Statement*
  3. Request New, Change, or Remove Access*

*Login with your CruzID and Gold password to access each form.

IT Support notifies advisors when the appropriate access has been approved and assigned.
