Schedule Zoom Meetings within Google Calendar

How to schedule a Zoom Meeting using your Google Calendar: 

1.  Install the Zoom Extension for Chrome or Firefox web browsers. 

2.  After shutting down your web browser window and relaunching, you will see the blue Zoom icon located upper right corner of the page. 

3.  Click on the Zoom icon and sign in to Zoom using your Google account or UCSC email address and Gold password. 

4.  You will now be able to start or schedule your Zoom meeting with a single click from your browser or within Google calendar.

When you create a new event in your Google Calendar, you will see the blue "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button below Add location. Click the Zoom Meeting button to add Zoom to your event.
