UCOP Purchase Agreements

The UC Office of the President manages multiple universitywide software and hardware agreements to achieve maximum savings.

CalUSource is the fully-integrated collaborative eSourcing solution used by California public higher education systems for sourcing, contracting and spend analysis. Active contracts are are listed here. Click the Platform Login in the upper right, click Staff Login to choose your campus for Federated CruzID/Gold sign-in.

Support and communication with UCOP concerning software that is in use at UC and potential new software agreements are facilitated by the ITSC - IT Sourcing Committee and SSG - Software Services Group (formally TAS). ITSC & SSG are comprised of representatives designated by each UC institution.  Efforts and initiatives are inclusive and collaborative, and are coordinated with its constituents and peer groups throughout the UC system.

Local SSG reps manage software access and information for Microsoft, Adobe, ESRI, IBM, Oracle, SAS, SPSS and many other venders.
