UCOP Purchase Agreements

The UC Office of the President manages multiple universitywide software and hardware agreements to achieve maximum savings.

Support and communication with UCOP concerning software in use at UC and potential new software agreements are facilitated by the SSG - Software Services Group (formally TAS). SSG is comprised of representatives designated by each UC institution's ITLC representative.  SSG efforts and initiatives are inclusive and collaborative, and are coordinated with its constituents and peer groups throughout the UC system.

Local SSG reps manage software access and information for Microsoft, ESRI, IBM, Oracle, SAS, SPSS and many other venders.
